New, unused and not customized sports shelters, in original packaging, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original shipping or pick up date. We will issue a full refund once the sports shelter arrives to us and we verify the condition and contents.
Premier Sports Products will accept returns for warranty issues (manufacture defects and/or workmanship) that can be verified by a photograph of the defective part or workmanship. Please read the "warranty" for a full description. Premier Sports Products offers exceptional service when dealing with issues regarding returns.
